Without the quoting, it's hard to know exactly what you were
responding to here, but I assume it was to Richard's suggestion that
the license be changed to MPL through use of Sec. 6 of the APL AROS.

With all due respect to the particular developer, and to the issues
you may face around keeping that developer motivated and involved
after overruling them on this question, the license does not give him
the choice - the choice is given (in APL AROS 6.1) to the "AROS
development team."
