[License-review] Python licensing changes: status inquiry & OSI schedule.

Hi, Van et al.

OSI has a regular board meeting on Wednesday this week, and then a
face-to-face meeting Nov 11-13.

This is a good opportunity to finish up the new Python licenses, because
we could do two turnarounds -- if you send us any concerns or new
language this week, we can discuss them at the board meeting, then have
one more turnaround with you before a (hopefully) final vote a week
later at the face-to-face.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. As far as I
know, the ball is in PSF's court right now, but I'm happy to have a
phone conversation -- including just to verbally go over the issues
(which might feel less complex if discussed in real time!).

All being tracked at http://projects.opensource.org/redmine/issues/3.

Best,
-Karl
