I just seek to create a legal infrastructure that is as entertaining as it
is, by necessity, frustrating. I believe the Chicken Dance license does
this, while meeting the Open Source Definition. However, if it's a no from
the Perens, I guess it's a no.

I'm going to rethink the text of the 'plinth' condition, and get back to you
in maybe a year or two. I'll stay subscribed to the list in case you have
any additional comments, suggestions, or death threats.
