Hi Thomas,

1. It would't really work in any useful way as worded.
2. If you were to start out by assuming that getting a license right is
similar in complexity to some complex programming problem, and takes more
experience, you might develop a better understanding of the problem.
3. If you only meant to make a joke, we've seen it more than once before,
and unfortunately all attempts displayed a high enough level of naievete
that they were more laugh-at than laugh-with.
