Can we please NOT have this discussion on license-review?  This list is
supposed to be for approval or rejection of submitted licenses only.
This argument about the GPL is off-topic, and if I may say so, rather
tiresome.  Take it to license-discuss.

Let us please restrict discussion to a *technical* discussion of section
11.3.  Thanks!
