Chris, I apologize for the ad-hominem. I sincerely was offended by your 
email but should not have responded in kind. I have a request for you. I 
really would appreciate it if the next time Google participates in Open 
Source license creation, if you would go through the same process as 
everyone else before announcing the license as Open Source, if you would 
agree to participate without a list of demands, and if you would not 
mis-state the process. That way we are all more likely to get along.
