Dear OSI.

I would like to submit "Simple & Short Copyleft Licence" for OSI approval.
Why new licence? Because it doesn't cause compatibility problems like
strong copyleft licenses and it's short and simple like BSD-like
licenses.

I'm planning to use it in my projects.
