You could rewrite it as a template license and resubmit the text, or
wait until we decide that doing it unilaterally for all licenses is a
good thing.  That decision will be made next week at our face to face
meeting in (well, near) Raleigh, NC.

Even as a legacy license, nobody is well served by approval of a
license which nobody else can use.
