hmm, not very different for me:

My original submission of the "BlackBox Component Builder Open Source
License" for Legacy Approval as an "interested licensee" dates back to
3/Nov/2009. 

On 6/Jun/2010 Russ Nelson asked me to resubmit it as a template, but I could
not find any hint on the website how to do that and my two pleas for help to
him remained unanswered.

So, in the hope that some brave soul might have some hint for me:

How do I resubmit a license as a template if I am an "interested licensee"?

Any help is very much appreciated.
