Ricardo,

First, have you examined all 60+ licenses already approved by the OSI
and determined that none of them are materially the same as the
provisions you want?  If so, what are the differences from major
licenses which you do not feel are satisfied without creating a new license?

Also, did you have the advice of an attorney in crafting this license?

> d-Modified works must say clearly that they are a modified version AND clearly

This seems rather impractical; have you considered 3rd-generation
modified works?
