This mailing list, since its creation in Dec. 2007, has been dedicated to
discussion of licences proposed for OSI certification.  A separate, old
mailing list, license-discuss at opensource.org, is an appropriate place to
raise broader licensing questions having nothing particularly to do with
licences proposed for OSI certification -- e.g., alleged characteristics
of GNU GPL.
