Read the license text, please, not just the commentary. The overall 
requirements he made of commercial users were within the OSD. He 
probably hit the anti-discrimination rule.

I told him offline about SFLC and Beekman. I don't have a full list of 
attorneys willing to do pro bono for Open Source developers. Does anyone?
