I'm not confirming or commenting in any way on what the licence does
or does not allow. I didn't write it, nor am I a lawyer qualified to
give an opinion on it.

I'm simply suggesting that by referring to one licence by the name of
another which is similar, but not the same, Fedora may inadvertently
lead their users to a position of non-compliance.
