License Committee Report for December 2009

FossBazaar, OpenSuse, and (I think) Fedora are each attempting to come 
up with some sort of license list. I'm sure they'd appreciate any 
parameterization and simplification. But do we really need the company 
name in that blank space, rather than something generic like 
"contributor" or "initial contributor"? Then all of the contributors can 
be listed separately from the license.
