For Approval 36 Open Software License Request

It doesn't seem you have made use of an attorney. In order to protect
your own interest, I very highly recommend that you do so, because I
don't believe that the text as submitted would protect you or act as you
expect. For your own protection, one of the currently-approved licenses
would be more likely to work.
Can you explain what currently-approved licenses you considered, why you
didn't use them, and what your license does that those licenses do not?
There are lots of OSI-approved licenses that provide for
source-distributed libraries in a larger, potentially proprietary,
application.
Notes.txt seems to be an immutable section. Why should OSI approve such
a thing?
All of the files in the directory called LICENSES must be reproduced
without modification, even if they are
not licenses. They might be actual source code. This seems to be a fault
in the license design.
The text says "Therefore no actions can be taken against Us if something
goes wrong with This Application."
We all wish it was this easy to inoculate ourselves against lawsuits,
but it isn't so.
Thanks
Bruce
