Just a comment on the name, I would consider going with something that does
not already have an existing connotation in the tech industry.

Also, there is the popular open source project that was previously
called Azureus. I thought of both of these things when I first saw the title
(actually got excited that microsoft was doing something interesting here)

I understand that a unique name can be hard (if not impossible) to come up
with, but an attempt to avoid confusion would be to everyone's benefit.
