Folks:

I'm reading this page:

It looks like the next step in the process is for "the Trac  
Maintainers to file appropriate tickets".  From examining the trac,  
the only person that has filed a ticket about a licence is Russ  
Nelson.  Is Mr. Nelson the only Trac Maintainer?

This page also states that the process is intended to "Ensure a  
thorough, transparent, and timely review (e.g., within 60 days)".   
Since I submitted this request for approval on December 14, 2008, I  
hope that this means I will have a resolution by Valentine's Day.  I  
don't know if it matter how much of this 60-period is spent before my  
RFA is on the trac and how much is after.
