Legacy Approval

I'm asking for a review and approval of the LLGPL or Lisp Lesser GNU Public License 
It falls into the category: 
	Licenses that are popular and widely used or with strong communities

It's the LGPL + a preamble

This preamble addresses specific issues with the dynamic linking model of the Lisp family of languages that would preclude exercising the intent of the standard LGPL within the Lisp community.  The community is small so maximizing commercial and non-commercial uses of the software is critical for maintaining momentum and building coverage/quality within the community.
