The Open Source Definition is not a bunch of red tape.  The rules
accurately reflect the priorities of the Open Source Initiative.
Changes will only be considered when there is very good justification,
which I don't think you have provided.  Also, please reply on-list,
unless there's a reason it needs to be private.
