Precedent is a bad word to use.  It applies to a system of courts
where one may appeal to a higher court to overturn a decision.  If
we've approved a license with a dubious feature, and you think that
you can use that approval to slide that dubious feature into another
license, then your approval request will be dismissed WITH PREJUDICE.

Translation: if we've made a mistake, don't expect us to repeat it.
