We had modified our License as follow:
On section 3.2:
To ensure the document interoperability, the work should conform to UOML and 
access documents only via UOML. 
change to:
To ensure the document interoperability, the work should conform to UOML. 
  
Others are remained the same.
The new version's url: http://www.uoml.org/uoml_license1.1.html
