Thanks for writing, Hakuro. Your license is substantively the same as
the MIT License: http://opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php
Feel free to use the MIT License on your software. Yes, I see that
you have a "no trademark" clause. Of course, trademark law already
prohibits the use of a trademark by anyone but the trademark holder,
so such language can go outside of the license.
