Request for legacy approval of the ISC License

I'm requesting Legacy Approval of the ISC License:

 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISC_license

This license is widely used by various strong communities (BIND, DHCP,
probably others).

The license is redundant with other approved licenses (BSD-no-advertising,
at least).

Where to I ask for a Trac ticket to be created for this request?
