A license that binds users? I don't think that will fly. "I
downloaded this code, but I can't tell you who wrote it."

I don't think any license can achieve that goal. Most Open Source
licenses are either unilateral grants of copyright (you are only bound
by the license if you would otherwise be infringing copyright), or
contracts of adhesion (if you disagree with the contract, stop using
the software). Neither of those gives you the control you want.
You would have to bind everyone who downloads the software into a
perpetual unbreakable contract with users. That would not be
well-accepted by the Open Source community. Even the most restrictive
of Non-Disclosure Agreements has an expiration date. A contract of
adhesion restricting speech which creates a lifetime committment on
users seems unconscionable, and an unconscionable contract is not
enforceable.
Strongly recommend you withdraw and reconsider.
