<p>Yes, the <a href="https://opensource.org/licenses/">OSI Approved
Licenses</a> can be applied at will to works that you hold the
rights to. OSI just has the resources to have approved close to
100 licenses. Individually reviewing millions of projects that use
these licenses would be completely unworkable.</p>
