Is this really a serious discussion?<br>

It sounds to me more like a contest of how many silly things some of
us can get away with doing or advising our clients to do, in
avoiding a requirement that is brain-dead simple and no sweat for
anyone to fulfill.<br>
<br>
Some lawyers and IP specialists enjoy sophomoric discussions of
legal theory that has little value in real life. I guess they can
blow off steam here, at least until it gets <i>too </i>annoying. I
hope they don't waste their clients time on such things.<br>
