Ha. Re "transferable." CeCILL's grants (of economic rights) are "transferable."

Not at all in my opinion. "transferable" here is a translation of the
French word "cessible" and it applies to the contract itself. When you
"transfer" the license you don't have it anymore. This is (probably)
very different from what you mean by "sublicensing".<br>
