James, we have not experienced trademark issues, but our releases are for the most part include the modification I describe here. I appreciate Roy's interpretation and would likely take the same position if we had a trademark issue under Apache 2.0. However, we do look at this prophylactically.
Our largest concern is brand damage if that helps understand why this might be important.
