In the section titled How to Submit a Request, replace:

> 3. Ensure you have appropriate standing to submit such a request

with:

> 3. Ensure you have appropriate standing to submit the type of submission
that you have identified



In the section titled For Approval, replace:

> By: License Steward

with:

> Has appropriate standing: License Steward



In the section titled For Retirement, replace:

> By: License Steward (only)

with:

> Has appropriate standing: License Steward



In the section titled For Legacy Approval, replace:

> By: License Steward or Interested Licensee

with:

> Have appropriate standing: License Steward or Interested Licensee
