Rick,
Using the loaded term "ethics" in the title of a group has the same
poisonous effects on conversations, essentially suggesting that anyone who
disagrees with the methods of the group are somehow "unethical".
I believe everyone understands the poisonous aspects of these types of
conversation, and avoiding that type of poison destroying software
communities is one of many reasons why the non-discriminatory clauses of
the OSD exists.
After explaining these core problems and being ignored, I don't see why it
is wrong to wonder if there is something different going on here than is
being publicly claimed.
