From my perspective having been on the Gov’t side of software development for decades now, I feel compelled to say I disagree with these points. I believe most U.S. federal Gov’t developers that have any Open Source proclivity or experience would disagree. As I also feel this tangent is increasingly off-topic with the subject thread so I will leave it at that, save elaborations for another thread another time, and thank you for the discourse.
