I've incorporated some suggested changes into the ARL OSL, and bumped the
version number to reflect this. The new text is both below and attached, and
can be diffed with the text at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt.
Change log:
1) Changed 'Apache' to 'ARL OSL' everywhere. Credits to John Cowan.
2) In clause 2, I've inserted the phrase "where copyright exists" to clarify
those cases where copyright doesn't exist, and therefore nothing can be
granted. Credits to Ben Balter.
3) Added in clause 10. Credits to Roy T. Fielding.
