As far as I know, no version of the Zimbra Public License was never
submitted to the OSI for approval as an open source license. I don't
think anyone would contend either of the two referenced EULAs are open
source licenses.

Were the Zimbra Public License to be submitted for OSI approval I
suspect the most interesting issue to consider would be its 'badgeware'
requirement.
