When referring people to the OSI FAQ (http://opensource.org/faq), please
take advantage of the fact that every answer on the FAQ is now directly
targetable by URL. For example:

  http://opensource.org/faq#commercial
  http://opensource.org/faq#avoid-unapproved-licenses

etc, etc.

To discover the ID (the part after the "#") for a given answer, you can
just look at the link in the new Table of Contents; or if you're down in
the answer itself, hover your mouse for a moment somewhere over the text
in the answer, and a little popup should appear giving you the ID.

Whenever possible, let's try to point people to existing FAQ answers (or
create new ones when appropriate). Answers in the FAQ are a lot easier
for others to find than posts on this mailing list are.
