There was no obvious failure resolving www.opensource.org using Level3 or
Google's nameservers-- what does "dig www.opensource.org" do on your side?

Checking more carefully via:

It looks like us.ns.opensource.org might be broken in that it doesn't accept
53/tcp, which means that EDNS0 and DNSSEC will not work.
