Once you have paid for the object code version, the GPL makes a
requirement that the source be made available for no more than the
actual cost of providing it.  This licence didn't seem to have this
provision, but allowed it to be made available on the more general
terms, allowing an indefinitely large charge for it.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
