As a technicality, many of these sorts of site, although I haven't
checked these particular ones, are not download sites, but rather
indexing sites that try and obscure the real site from which the
download is made.
The other thing is that you have to download the package before you know
if there is a violation, as the package may/should contain instructions
on obtaining the source.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
