The Q Public License, which applies to older version of the Qt library,
has this provision.  The latest version of Qt is explicitly dual-licensed
under the GPLv3 and the LGPLv2.1; however, any software licensed under
the LGPLv2.1 can be explicitly converted to either the GPLv2 or the
GPLv3 anyway.
