I forgot to mention that BSD disclaimer often has contributor names. So 
you may need to extend it to add your name or generic terminology like BY 
THE AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS and SHALL THE AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS. (The 
disclaimers in the a common BSD license usually have that twice.) I have 
no idea of the legal aspects of this, but it is common.
