While there are legitimate concerns one can raise about the legal  
validity of AGPL -- and whether or not it is a contract -- that is NOT  
sufficient cause for mocking the OSI or burying the list in repeated  
arguments.

I ask that you try very hard to keep your postings to the list  
focused, succint, and actionable.  This list is *not* a forum for you  
to advocate your personal agenda.

If you really have so much to say, get your own blog and post links  
from there over here (as others have done on occasion).  That way, you  
can still participate without overwhelming the list.
