No, I'm not interested, I think that the AGPL needs some improvement.
I feel that the idea that you can quantify when network-socket usage
becomes web performance is specious and needs either:

1) better specification
2) more time as a license until the gut feeling of what it means can
be discovered.

That said, if someone else submitted it, I think it would be quite a
debate. Just saying...
