Boost Software License -- when can it be approved?

We are facing a number of issues with our current license approval  
process, which is hindering our responsiveness. I sincerely apologize  
for the trouble, but I don't have a good answer for when things will  
be resolved.

However, please note that the decision is now under the jurisdiction  
of the new license-review list.  You may not get a better answer  
there, but that is the right place to ask:
