A point of interest.  This case first showed up on this list on Jan
26, 2007 under the title "Uses of the Artistic License?"  I would link
to it in the archive, but the archive at
http://www.crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?3 only covers this month.  I
have no idea why.

Anyways at that time I put them in contact with people at The Perl
Foundation, and Allison Randal put them in contact with further legal
resources.  I don't know if anyone else contacted them off list to
help.  I would expect that I was not the only one.

Therefore it was through this list that they got connected with the
legal help they needed.
