I will wire you 1000 Euros for each instance you can correctly cite
here, by the end of 2007-09-30, UTC, of Microsoft Corporation having
filed civil litigation against anyone for trademark infringment for merely
mentioning its corporate name, in _any_ legal jusrisdiction anywhere in
the world, with any filing date prior to 2007-09-28, UTC (today).
In the meantime, I strongly suggest that you study the concept of
"nominative fair use" within trademark context in the legal system of
your choice. You will find that your concern is not, to borrow the Bush
Junta's nomenclature, reality-based.
