Automatic GPL termination

Additional permissions are NOT given by the original GPL licensors
(authors). This includes offers of warranty and support.

These additional permissions are not part of the original licence, and so,
are not sublicenced. They are separate offers, that may eventually be
sublicenced (if this is applicable) but this sublicencing scheme is
forbidden regarding the rights and obligations of the original GPL licence.

Note that the GPL allows ONLY additional permissions. Additional
restrictions are FORBIDDEN (and so can’t be part of the sublicencing
scheme), and this includes the copyright assignment restrictions,
restrictions against redistribution by users, restrictions about the right
to modify the code or get the source. Copyright assignments, exclusive or
non-exclusive distribution rights are not sublicenciable.

As the GPL provides NO warranty, the only way to provide such a warranty (or
support) to sub-users (note that I use “sub-users”, not “sub-licensees”) is
by an additional permission. The termination of the distributor licence does
not terminate the additional rights of users that are not covered by the GPL
itself, so they could still claim the benefit of support of financial
compensation due to their use of the covered work.

The original authors however may sign a separate contract with the
distributor if he wants to use other privileges reserved by the GPL to the
authors, and this contract may be placed in a sublicencing scheme,
independently of the GPL itself for the covered work.

There's NO sublicensing in the GPL. And this is a BIG difference. The result
is definitely NOT the same. This minimizes the damages for other users. All
the damages are then to be supported by the distributor even after if
licence termination.

How else can section 7 additional permissions be removed in the GPL3 except
by sublicensing?
