Comments: After the change in name from Microsoft Permissive License
  to Microsoft Public License, the only two remaining concerns are 1)
  that Microsoft should be careful not to "leak" the OSI branding over
  to the Shared Source licenses, and 2) that Microsoft are still being a
  bunch of poopy-heads (to which said poopy-heads have retorted that
  even poopy-heads get to have their licenses judged by the process.)
  The latter criticism is not taken very seriously.

Comments: Philippe Verdy is concerned that he hasn't been granted
  world-wide permission to use the "Microsoft" trademark in the name
  "Microsoft Reciproocal License".  He hasn't been able to convince
  anybody else that his concern is valid.

Recommend: approval of the license under both names with recognition
