For Approval: Microsoft Public License

Further as it unfold, am looking for microsoft license for Tanzania
Parliament, with a total number of 350 workstations and 60 notebooks. Is
anyone ready to appraisal me the way forward?. Our organisation is
education based offering free information to the general public bot
webcast and online database, pls refer: www.parliament.go.tz. I find it
hard to pay for Operation system, Window 2000 Advanced Server and
Microsoft Office 2003. Pls assist.
