Open CASCADE Technology Public License

As others have noted, this license could not be considered "Open Source
Initiative Approved"
unless the authors follow the documented process for submitting the
license.

If they were to submit it, there are some big problems. Chief, to my
mind, is that it
applies *only* to one specific piece of code (the "Original Code" per
the section 1 definitions).
It is a completely non-reusable "vanity" license which I seriously doubt
would be
approved were it submitted to OSI.

The OpenCASCADE developers would probably be well advised to consider
using an existing OSI-approved license (at a first cut, LGPL, EPL, or
CDDL seem
to be close to what they want) rather than creating a non-reusable,
one-of-a-kind license.
