This is a separate issue from others that have been raised.

I've created ticket:

to capture John's statement.

I've given it a descriptive title that has meaning when read by itself:

   Objection: Boost Software License does not grant right to  
distribute derivative works

Note that I've linked back to the parent ticket and that I've again  
made sure to include #45 in the keywords field.

We won't need to do this when we get the master tickets plugin  
installed.
