The key issue that I saw problems with was consideration.  Without 
physical payment, one is left with an argument based on the value to the 
author of the limitations imposed by the licence.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
